i mean, I bought this hoping it would make my daily hill a little easier, but it struggles a lot. Even with the pedal assist on, it slows down bad and feels like I’m still doing most of the work. It’s probably fine for flat roads, but if you’ve got hills, it’s kind of a pain

The bike got here in rough shape. Like, the box was ripped open on one side, and before I even took it for a ride, I noticed scratches on the frame. Not great. Delivery just felt careless. Then trying to deal with it afterward was a whole extra hassle I really didn’t want.

I had a problem that really seemed like it should’ve been covered under warranty, but support was no help at all!! They kept sending these super short replies that didn’t really answer anything, and the whole thing dragged on forever!! No clear solution, no real effort, just felt like they were hoping I’d get tired and give up!! it was really frustrating!!!

i’m still waiting on my refund. The whole return process has been way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I’m really not too happy with the bike. The quality just feels kind of cheap to me, and it doesn’t seem as sturdy as I expected.

I really wanted to like this bike because it actually looks nice in person, and I had been looking for something to ride around the neighborhood after work when the weather is decent. But the comfort just isn’t there. The seat feels way too hard, and every little bump in the road seemed to go straight into my back. I only rode it for about 20 minutes before I was already ready to get off, which was disappointing because I expected a lot better for the price.

I waited in line for ages just to get a proper look, so I was already a bit annoyed by the time I checked it out. the cargo space was disappointing. It’s way too small for what I expected, and I’d have a hard time fitting much more than the basics in there.

Checked the size guide, but the bike still felt too big. Seat position and reach were awkward, so I ended up returning it. Frustrating.

I was so excited for this bike, but the design kind of crushed my soul a little when I saw it in person. The frame feels way bulkier than I expected, the cables are just hanging around looking messy, and the battery placement makes the whole thing look cheaper than it should. It’s not the sleek setup I had pictured at all, and I’m disappointed...

I needed a replacement part for my bike, and it ended up being unavailable for weeks. When I reached out to support, they basically just told me to keep checking back, which didn’t feel very reassuring. I get that parts can go out of stock, but it would’ve been nice to have a clearer timeline or some confidence that it was actually being handled. Now the bike is just sitting in my garage unusable because of one small part, and that’s frustrating.

The bike itself has been fine and I’m happy enough riding it, but I was annoyed that my rack bag didn’t fit the way I expected. I bought it thinking my setup would be simple, so having to mess around with the bag was a bit frustrating for me

The support experience was kind of frustrating. It took way longer than I expected to get a response, and I was getting annoyed waiting around. To be fair, they did eventually help me sort things out, but the whole process definitely could’ve been faster.

Maybe I’m just not the handiest person, and I probably should’ve given myself more time, but putting this together was a real pain. The instructions weren’t easy for me to follow, and I got frustrated along the way...

I bought a Blix bike thinking the motor would give me a little more help on hills, but it feels weak. There’s a bit of a lag when I start pedaling, and sometimes the assist kicks in later than I’d like, which is not super fun when you’re dealing with traffic, lol.

On flat roads it’s fine enough, but even a small incline makes it feel like it’s working harder than it should. The battery seems okay, so that’s not really my issue — the motor just didn’t feel strong enough for the price.

The bike rides fine and I don’t really have any major complaints about how it feels, but in my opinion it just doesn’t match the price tag. I expected it to feel more premium or at least noticeably better for what I paid. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Getting this delivered felt like such a simple thing made hard for no reason. It took forever to arrive, the tracking barely updated, and every time I reached out to support, the answers were super vague and not very helpful. I just wanted to know where my package was

I really wanted to like my Blix bike, but i’m just not happy with it. I kept thinking, maybe I just need to give it more time, maybe my expectations were too high, but no… it’s been a letdown. For the money, I expected a better overall experience. At this point, I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I bought it expecting the battery range they advertised, but it ain’t even close. I’m not getting nowhere near the distance they said I would, which is disappointing.

My bike did get fixed in the end, which I’m happy about. It just took longer than I was hoping... mostly because the parts took a while to come in. I also wish the updates had been a little quicker or more consistent. Overall, the repair was fine, just a slower process than I expected.
